Good manners Japanese
/ Japanese people think you are polite.
It is often said that Japanese language is difficult compared to other countries. There are many images that the subject (who) is ambiguous, and that Japanese people speak difficult meaning words.
And of course, kanji, katakane, hiragana are also difficult. Furthermore, Japanese nuances and wordings are much more complicated than foreign language. Japanese people change their way that depends on their position and situation with the other person. This is often seen in their conversation.
If you will want to live in Japan for a long time or want to work as a regular employee(Sei-shain) in Japanese company, you will study Japanese language. However, I think that just studying Japanese is not enough. At a minimum, you need to syudy Japanese nuances and wordings.
