1st examination
⇒If 1st is OK, it is start to your house planning, and the possibility that you can buy a house is 50%
2nd examination / most difficult in all
⇒If 2nd is OK, you will know the various conditions. and the possibility that you can buy a house is 80%
3rd examination
⇒If 3rd is OK, and the possibility that you can buy a house is 100%
Housing loan examination is 3 times in all. However it depends on your situation. Some people are 2 times and Some people are 3times.
1st housing loan examination is ” preliminary examination ” 事前審査. This is simple examination but if you do not apply, possibility that you can buy a house is 0%.
Most banks in Japan have severe conditions for foreigners living in Japan. However a few bank are kindly for foregner living in Japan.
Even that bank,
1st examination is OK, but 2nd is NG.
It is common.
Because bank will check various items during 2nd examination.
