1st housing loan examination
・The newest withholding “Gensen R1”
・Insurance card “Hokensho”
・Residence card “Zairyu card”
And,
・ mobile number and email address
Case 1
You do not have the newest withholding=Gensen, there is no problem with payslip for last 3 months.
Case 2
You do not have “social insurance card=Shakai hoken”, there is no problem with “national health insurance=Kokumin kenko hoken”
If you will submit the bank, you will know the result of 1st examination in about a week. And if you will apply it, your house planning will be beginning.
